Refund policy

Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery while gift exchanges may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

We kindly request that you inspect all packages within 3 days of receipt and report any damages that may have occurred during transit so that we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Antiques, Vintage, Fine Art, Rugs, Tailor-Made, Sale, "As-Is" and internationally shipped items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. All custom, made to order items or those “direct shipped” from vendors, suppliers or workrooms are also ineligible for return, cancellation or exchange.
